The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) issues certificates to registered security officers and companies in South Africa. If you are already registered, you can easily download your PSIRA certificate online instead of visiting their offices.
Step 1: Visit the PSIRA Website

Go to the official PSIRA website: www.psira.co.za.
Step 2: Access the Online Services Portal

On the homepage, look for the “Online Services” or “Certificate Download” option.

Select Individual or Company depending on your registration type.
Step 3: Enter Your Details

Provide your PSIRA registration number.

Enter your ID number (for individuals) or company registration number (for businesses).
Step 4: Generate Your Certificate

Once your details are verified, the system will display your PSIRA information.

Click on the “Download Certificate” option.
Step 5: Save and Print

Your certificate will download in PDF format.

Save it to your device and print a copy if needed for work or compliance.
